Music touches each and every one of us in different ways. I truly believe that listening to music is beneficial to our mental and emotional health, which ultimately effects our physical health. I'm a first grade teacher who loves to infuse music into my classroom. My blog is about music in my classroom as well as listening to at least one vinyl album a day after work. I'm hoping that with my students and me listening to music daily, we will be well mentally, emotionally, and physically.
